Our design team is looking for an analog/mixed-signal design engineer to help with the development of high-bandwidth memory and other die-to-die interfaces. In this role you will collaborate with Synopsys experts worldwide to solve emerging technical challenges related to the latest 2.5D/3D multi-chip technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Designs, develops and supports interposer and top metals layout for Synopsys IPs targeting 2.5D/3D multi-chip applications
- Works with cross-functional teams to ensure all the performance and reliability requirements are met for the product
- Improve and creates new design flows to ensure best quality for interposers and covercells
- Supports customers with their multichip integration process
Skill Requirements:
- BS/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in analog, mixed signal, memory or custom logic circuit design
- Experience with layout and good understanding of layout effects on circuit performance
- Good understanding of signal integrity and power integrity concepts
- Great team player, willing to support others and to mentor junior engineers
- Great technical communication skills
- Scripting experience for design automation is a plus
