What You’ll Be Doing:
- Review and verify customer documentation
- Create / Format / Edit / Update technical content and diagrams in support of customer documentation
- Review content changes with internal and external authors
- Follow / track assigned tasks from start until completion using bug tracking tool
What You’ll Need:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, both verbal and written required
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office required (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience with Microsoft Visio, considered highly beneficial
- Visual design skills to produce appealing, engaging, and detailed documents
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
- Must demonstrate attention to detail
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize work, and multi-task
- Knowledge of computer architecture, circuit theory, and integrated circuit design a plus
