What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver Silicon IP projects globally, from initial planning through successful completion.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and customers, representing the product line internally and externally.
- Provide regular project status updates and collaborate with R&D teams to define roadmaps, new developments, and enhancements.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and milestones using industry-standard tools.
- Monitor execution, analyze project performance, and ensure delivery meets quality, schedule, and customer expectations.
- Drive cross-team collaboration, resolve conflicts, and remove blockers to keep programs on track.
- Enable effective communication across global teams, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor team members and promote best practices in execution, collaboration, and delivery excellence.

What You’ll Need:
- Degree in Engineering or Applied Science (or equivalent).
- ~7–12 years of relevant experience in semiconductor, Silicon IP, SoC, or related engineering environments.
- Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating complex, cross-functional technical projects or programs.
- Strong experience managing customer expectations and communications.
- Background in Mixed-Signal IP, SoC, ASIC, or semiconductor development environments.
- Solid understanding of project/program management methodologies and tools.
- Experience working with quality management systems and delivery processes.
- Familiarity working in Linux-based environments and engineering workflows.
