What You’ll Be Doing:
- Characterizing timing, analyzing timing results, and generating timing models for high-speed SERDES IP in advanced process technologies.
- Developing and aligning timing flow and methodologies to ensure the efficiency and quality of deliverables.
- Conducting design reviews, evaluating timing views and reports, and providing actionable recommendations.
- Presenting the results of timing assessments and critical issue investigations, making strategic recommendations for successful project outcomes.
- Ensuring adherence to established processes to maximize design quality and reliability.
- Consulting on the timing characteristics of SerDes IP products and proposing solutions for Static Timing Analysis (STA) closure.
- Providing technical and HR leadership to your team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.

What You’ll Need:
- B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field, with 3-8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of transistor-level circuit design and CMOS fundamentals.
- Expertise in setup and hold timing analysis, timing characterization, modelling, simulation, and verification.
- Familiarity with custom digital design and high-speed logic path analysis.
- Experience with industry-standard timing tools such as Primetime, Nanotime, or their equivalents.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (TCL, Perl, C, Python, MATLAB) for automation and analysis.
- Hands-on experience with physical layout of high-speed circuits and SPICE simulators is a plus.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
