We’re looking for a Sales Operations Associate to join the team.

As part of the Go-To-Market Transformation & Sales Operations team, you will be working closely with your peers to support Field Sales in a variety of operational tasks to meet the overall objective of business.

Main Responsibilities Include:
  • Quoting and analyzing maintenance renewal data as well as University customer transactions.
  • Generating, comprehending, and communicating reports as requested by various internal and external parties.
  • Review and analyze documentation to compile and submit order packets for processing.
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with Finance and other operational groups to ensure bookings are handled properly and according to policy.
  • Assist with license key and customer master requests as deemed necessary to meet needs of business.
  • Ongoing participation in projects and user acceptance testing
Key Qualifications and Skills:
  • College degree preferred with minimum of 2+ years of related experience, or 4 years of equivalent experience in sales support/operations.
  • Has worked with a busy Sales Account team in a support role and appreciates the urgency of the work and quarterly sales schedules. 
  • Fast-paced high-tech company background preferred.
  • Highly organized with appreciation for detail.
  • Proficient in Excel and has the aptitude to quickly learn new systems and/or applications.
  • Has a solid understanding of quote to cash process.
  • Ability to multi-task and balance both strategic and operational duties with integrity.
