You Are:

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing, developing, and deploying state-of-the-art AI and machine learning models to tackle complex business challenges.
• Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of excellence and knowledge sharing.
• Researching emerging AI technologies and integrating innovative approaches to enhance existing solutions or create new ones.
• Collaborating with product managers, software engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements and drive successful implementation of AI initiatives.
• Performing advanced data analysis, preprocessing, and feature engineering to optimize datasets for model training.
• Training, validating, and fine-tuning machine learning models to ensure they meet rigorous performance and accuracy standards.
• Deploying AI models into production environments and monitoring their performance for continuous optimization.
• Documenting methodologies, algorithms, and best practices to facilitate reproducibility and team learning.
• Ensuring all AI solutions comply with ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and industry standards.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; PhD is a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in AI and machine learning, with proven success deploying solutions in production environments.
• Expertise in programming languages such as Python and C++, and experience with leading machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and data visualization techniques.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and agile software development methodologies.
