You Are:
You are a highly motivated and innovative digital design engineer with extensive knowledge of ASIC development, modeling, and digital signal processing. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working as part of a highly experienced mixed-signal design and verification team. Your expertise in high-speed serializer and data recovery circuits sets you apart. You are passionate about pushing technological boundaries and eager to work on the fastest NRZ/PAM4 based SerDes PHY products in the industry. Your strong theoretical and practical background in high-speed design, combined with excellent organizational and communication skills, make you an ideal candidate for this role.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Performing RTL design, synthesis, and ATPG for high-speed digital circuits.
- Conducting CDC/Lint checks to ensure design integrity and functionality.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet design specifications and project timelines.
- Developing and optimizing low-power design techniques for high-performance circuits.
- Utilizing scripting expertise in Shell, Perl, and Python to automate design processes.
- Participating in functional and performance testing of test-chips to validate design outcomes.

What You’ll Need:
- BSEE(ECE) with a minimum of four-years digital design experience and Master’s degree.
- Relevant digital design experience in the industry or academia.
- Hands-on experience with RTL design, synthesis, and ATPG.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Shell, Perl, and Python.
- Strong understanding of low-power design and high-speed digital/mixed-signal design.
