With over a decade of experience in the field, you thrive in leading complex projects and driving technical initiatives. Your expertise in memory fault models and advanced test methodologies sets you apart, and you have a proven track record of optimizing test efficiency and cost reduction. You excel in cross-functional collaboration, mentoring junior engineers, and continuously seeking innovative solutions. Your proficiency with memory ATE testers, programming languages, and semiconductor lab equipment is unmatched. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead the development of comprehensive ATE test programs/software for NVM/OTP IP products.
  • Oversee and specify the design, development, and validation of ATE and burn-in hardware, ensuring compatibility with test requirements.
  • Define and implement test coverage strategies for critical device functions and parameters, ensuring robust DC and AC characterization with optimized guard-banding techniques.
  • Investigate and resolve complex functional and reliability issues, oversee silicon performance analysis, and drive root-cause failure analysis (FA) projects.
  • Provide technical guidance on NVM/OTP IP design testability, recommending DFT enhancements and driving test-related optimizations in collaboration with design teams.
  • Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior engineers, fostering best practices in semiconductor test methodologies and ATE program development.
  • Drive continuous improvements in test efficiency/quality, data analysis, and cost reduction through innovation and automation.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to ensure optimal ATE hardware and software capabilities for production testing.

What You’ll Need:

  • BS or MS in Electrical Engineering (preferred), Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in semiconductor product/test engineering, with a strong background in NVM testing.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive technical initiatives in semiconductor testing.
  • Deep understanding of memory fault models and advanced test methodologies for fault detection and reliability analysis.
  • Extensive experience with memory ATE testers (Credence Kalos 2, Nextest Magnum preferred), automated handlers, oscilloscopes, micro-probing, and other semiconductor lab equipment.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C, Python, and Perl, with expertise in memory pattern algorithm development for ATE MTO/ALPG hardware.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a track record of mentoring engineers and collaborating across engineering teams.
  • Experience in optimizing test efficiency, yield improvement, and test cost reduction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving test challenges.
