What You'll Be Doing:

• Build a Customer Dashboard prototype in Power BI - your work will give leadership their first consolidated view of platform performance
• Help define key performance metrics and document how they're calculated - you'll learn how companies measure success
• Dig into data quality: check if the data we're using for decisions is accurate and reliable
• Create analyses that leadership can use-track adoption trends, evaluate workflows, and uncover insights through segmentation

What You'll Need:

• Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field
• SQL skills, you should be comfortable querying and analyzing data
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
• Ability to tell stories with data: turn numbers into insights people can understand
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive attitude
• Curiosity about product analytics (funnels, cohorts, segmentation)
