R&D Engineer

We are looking for a R&D Engineer, to join our SIPI team, with can-do attitude, quick learning, and solid electronic skills.  As a R&D engineer, you will be working with a high skilled and very supportive team, performing system modeling, simulating, and documenting signal and power integrity analysis for ensuring Synopsys IP chip integration and customers communication interface is up to the interface performance requirements.

Main responsibilities include:

• Modeling, simulating and documenting signal and power integrity analysis. This encompasses all aspects of physical interconnect in a system context;
• Reviewing interfaces interconnect (e.g. package and PCB);
• Checking system interface specifications compliance;
• Troubleshooting and debugging interfaces performance;
• Works on team-driven or task-oriented projects.

Requirements and Key Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent;
• Understanding of circuit and transmission line theory;
• Experience of circuit simulation using SPICE;
• Familiarity with both Windows and Linux operating systems;
• Some experience in programming languages such as Python;
• Willingness to learn new things and desire to learn and explore new technologies;
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written;
• Good problem-solving skills;
