What You’ll Be Doing:

Administering, maintaining, and enhancing critical business applications to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Collaborating with Sales, Application Engineering, Product Marketing, Program Management, Product Engineering, IT, and other stakeholders to resolve business and system challenges.

Conducting thorough analyses, documenting findings, and recommending process and system improvements.

Identifying and tracking key metrics to foster a culture of continuous process improvement.

Generating actionable insights and comprehensive reporting for business leaders, empowering data-driven decisions that optimize profitability.

Preparing detailed system specifications, conducting configuration and testing, debugging, and maintaining thorough project documentation.

Monitoring project activities, reporting status, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective actions to ensure project milestones are met.

Acting as the primary liaison between user groups and the IT development team, facilitating effective communication and solution delivery.

Leading or participating in cross-functional project teams to develop, test, and implement new business models, system upgrades, enhancements, and bug fixes.

Coordinating and performing user acceptance testing (UAT) with technical and cross-functional teams.

Maintaining and updating user guides and system solution documentation to support user adoption and compliance.

Mentoring junior peers and networking with senior professionals in your area of expertise.


The Impact You Will Have:

Enabling the Synopsys IPG Business Operations department to scale and innovate by ensuring robust, efficient, and user-friendly business systems.

Driving continuous process improvements that enhance business performance and operational excellence.

Providing critical insights and analytics that empower leadership to make strategic, data-driven decisions.

Facilitating seamless integration and collaboration across departments and global teams.

Ensuring timely and successful delivery of business system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations.

Supporting organizational growth by anticipating and resolving system challenges, and recommending scalable solutions.

Promoting a culture of knowledge-sharing and continuous learning within the team and broader organization.


What You’ll Need:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business System Administration, MIS, Managing Information Systems, or a related field.

At least 5+ years of experience in system and data management, with demonstrated expertise in business application administration.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for troubleshooting and optimizing business systems.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.

Proficiency in documenting system requirements, configurations, and process flows.

Solid understanding of at least one specialization area (e.g., business process management, systems integration) and working knowledge of a related area.

Familiarity with basic project management concepts and methodologies.

Working knowledge of Salesforce administration task and lightening report builder, CLM (Contract Life-cycle Management) tools, Confluence, and Jira preferred.

The Business Management team is dedicated to improving system usability and evolving infrastructure for scalability.
