You Are:
You are a motivated and talented Junior Engineer with a passion for system architecture and mixed-signal verification. You have a strong background in electronics and computer engineering, and you are eager to contribute to the development of cutting-edge SerDes technology. You are familiar with CMOS analog and digital circuits, and you have experience with digital IC design and verification using simulation tools. You possess excellent analytical skills and are comfortable working in a multidisciplinary team. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and have a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic and innovative environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Developing and maintaining analog and mixed-mode Verilog models.
- Correlating models with lab characterization results.
- Troubleshooting issues across different mixed-signal verification environments (simulation, prototyping, etc.).
- Contributing to the architecture definition and micro-architecture design of the digital control infrastructure used in our High Speed SerDes systems.
- Navigating analog schematics and digital RTL Verilog design.
- Analyzing mixed-signal simulation results and interacting with silicon prototyping platforms.
The Impact You Will Have:
- Driving the development of high-speed SerDes technology up to 64Gbps.
- Enabling high-performance chip-to-chip communication across various markets.
- Supporting the integration of multiple data rates and standards like USB, HDMI, MIPI, and PCI Express (PCIe).
- Contributing to the advancement of mobile, automotive, cloud computing, HPC, AI, and storage technologies.
- Ensuring the performance optimization and functional verification of SerDes products.
- Playing a key role in the hands-on silicon validation process.
What You’ll Need:
- MSc or PhD in Electronics or Electrical and Computer Engineering.
- Familiarity with CMOS analog and digital circuits, filters.
- Experience with digital IC design and verification using simulation tools such as VCS.
- A solid background in electronics and computer architecture.
- Experience in C/Matlab/System Verilog modeling of circuits and systems.
- Knowledge of script languages such as Python.

Join our innovative and multidisciplinary system architecture team, where we are at the forefront of high-speed SerDes technology, working on cutting-edge ICs up to 64Gbps, both in NRZ and PAM4 modulation formats. Our team is involved in all stages of product development, from system-level architecture and algorithmic specification to performance optimization, functional mixed-signal verification, and hands-on silicon validation. We work collaboratively to deliver high-performance solutions for a wide range of markets, including mobile, automotive, cloud computing, HPC, AI, and storage.
