We are looking for an Engineer to join a growing, dynamic, and multi-cultural Project Support Team who provides world-wide experienced design communities daily support on their R&D activities.
We need people who can work in multi-functional teams, capable of understanding requirements, come up with creative solutions, are reliable in following existing procedures but have a critical viewpoint and can tradeoff the optimal with the best on a daily basis.
Joining our Worldwide CAD will allow you to work in a leading IP provider company, work on bleeding edge technologies, complex IP and with an extensive list of customers across different industries.
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for debugging/identifying, suggesting, and implementing solutions for Design, Simulation and Layout flows
- Responsible for identifying and driving improvements and innovations in CAD flows and tools
- Responsible for collecting, structuring, and summarizing technology PDK data in close cooperation with multiple international teams
Key Qualifications
- Working knowledge on EDA tools like Custom Compiler/Cadence virtuoso, ICV/Calibre, Star-RCXT/Helic EMAGNETIC Tools , SPICE is welcome;
- Familiar/expertise with Physical Verification like DRC / LVS / ERC / Extraction / PERC;
- Basic knowledge in transistor level circuit design. Including simulation and layout;
- Familiar/expertise with spice models and model setups;
- Experience with PDK setups is a plus:
- Programing skills in Python, TCL, C/C++ is a plus;
- Unix Skills (bash, tcsh, regexp);
- Positive personality with good communication skills;
- Ability to work in a large global team with specialists in multiple disciplines;
- Eager to learn and open to explore new topics / domains;
- Master in Electronic Engineering or related;
- Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience.
