What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and UI screens for upcoming features.
- Collaborate with senior designers to translate user insights into engaging UX flows.
- Maintain design consistency by following design systems and brand guidelines.
- Assist with user interviews, usability tests, and surveys to gather actionable insights.
- Organize and analyze research findings to refine and enhance designs.
- Coordinate with product and data teams to understand user behavior and inform design decisions.
- Create pixel-perfect UI elements and interactive components using industry-standard tools.
- Work closely with engineers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
- Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and critiques to foster creativity and innovation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.
What You’ll Need:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience or interest in using AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Uizard) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of research methodologies, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen aesthetic sense.
- Ability to learn quickly and collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Exposure to motion design tools is an added advantage.
- A portfolio showcasing academic, personal, or internship design projects.
- Interest in faith-tech and building meaningful user experiences is highly valued.
