You Are:

An organized and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in document control and management within the electronics industry. You have a deep understanding of electronic assemblies manufacturing processes and are familiar with regulatory requirements and standards for electronic products. Your superior communication skills in both French and English enable you to work effectively with worldwide cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop and implement document control policies, processes, and procedures specific to the manufacturing of electronic products.
  • Ensure all technical documents, including specifications, drawings, and manuals, are properly archived and maintained.
  • Ensure required stakeholders review and approve new product designs and manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality and reliability standards.
  • Work with contract-manufacturer Methods department to prepare production package.
  • Ensure proper documentation, approval and communication of potential deviations to the process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement document control initiatives.
  • Provide expertise in the use of document management systems and tools.
  • Ensure timely and accurate distribution of documents to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of documentation for regulatory submissions and compliance audits.
  • Manage access to documents by setting appropriate permissions and ensuring that only authorized personnel have access to sensitive information.

  • Ensure that all manufacturing documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible, supporting efficient manufacturing processes.
  • Ensure production is processed exclusively according to the latest approved revision. Control potential deviations.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among engineering, quality assurance, and manufacturing teams.
  • Ensure that all document control activities meet regulatory and compliance requirements, reducing the risk of non-compliance.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of document control policies and procedures, driving innovation and excellence.

What You’ll Need:

  • Strong background in document control and management within the electronics industry.
  • Experience with Product Lifecycle Management systems and tools.
  • Deep understanding of electronic assemblies manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Superior communication skills – written and verbal (French and English).
