What You’ll Be Doing:
- Overseeing junior engineers and leading the design, implementation, verification, and physical synthesis of NVM controllers for OTP and MTP products at advanced technology nodes.
- Providing digital guidance for new product developments, ensuring robust architecture and innovative solutions.
- Managing the maintenance and enhancement of digital control blocks, chip test systems, circuit models, and design-for-test circuits.
- Participating in all phases of the ASIC design cycle, including architecture definition, modeling, RTL coding, verification, synthesis, and place & routing.
- Delivering technical support to internal teams, application engineers, and customers during product integration phases.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize design flows and ensure seamless integration of digital components.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives and promoting best practices in digital design and verification methodologies.

What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in digital ASIC design and development.
- 3+ years of experience managing or mentoring engineers in a related field.
- Expertise in Verilog, digital verification, and synthesis methodologies.
- Familiarity with place & routing and Synopsys tools such as VCS, Formality, and CustomCompiler.
- Strong understanding of NVM controller architectures and advanced technology nodes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize digital systems for testability and performance.
