What You’ll Be Doing:

• Acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing operational support and ensuring alignment between key stakeholders and project teams.
• Leading and managing a team of project managers responsible for overseeing projects with critical customers.
• Developing and executing strategies to ensure that projects for key clients are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
• Coordinating and aligning efforts across departments to meet customer requirements, proactively identifying and addressing any risks or issues.
• Serving as a point of escalation for project-related challenges and working closely with the team to provide solutions.
• Fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment by mentoring and coaching project managers.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with critical customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
