Sales Account Management, Staff
Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea Apply NowThe Product Solution Sales Manager manages the sales and business development of Synopsys Processors, security and Bluetooth/Wireless connectivity IPs in Korea.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment with IP sales professionals, and with executive account management, corporate and field application engineers, product management, contracts administration, and finance staff to meet and exceed established sales objectives
- Develops pipeline.
- Drives forecast, booking/revenue results.
- Develops and implements a multi-year product sales strategies for Processor IPs, ASIP tools, security and Bluetooth IPs, and helps account/IP sales teams implement them to grow Processor/security IP/BLE IP business in assigned territory.
- Gathers and assesses customer input from the field and key accounts.
- Works with product development team and service delivery teams to ensure differentiated product offerings are available for customers in your territory.
The qualified candidate must be able to provide product and sales leadership to account/IP sales teams and have proven experience calling “high” and helping to drive complex, solution-based sales campaign.
Job Requirements:
The qualified candidate possesses:
- >5 years related experience in technical selling, field applications engineering and /or sales management.
- A working knowledge of Processor, Security and wireless connectivity IP markets, including customer challenges, business models and IP selection criteria.
- Business development skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers’ engineering and business staff at all levels.
- The ability to grasp complex technical data and to communicate to a broad range of technical and non-technical people.
Experience working at, or selling to, companies developing storage, automotive, wireless, AI, enterprise or IoT products – a plus.
