You are

A passionate Senior UX Designer with 8+ years of experience who thrives on transforming complex software systems into intuitive user experiences. Your expertise spans comprehensive UX research, design implementation, and cross-functional collaboration. You combine technical proficiency with creative problem-solving skills, and you're excited about modernizing software experiences in the semiconductor industry. As a skilled communicator with a proven track record in leading end-to-end product design initiatives, you excel at expressing design concepts in English and collaborating with diverse, global teams.


What you will be doing

  • Lead UX design initiatives within the Software Modernization UIUX team, focusing on transforming complex systems into intuitive experiences 
  • Work closely with product management, engineering, field engineering, and marketing teams to ensure user-centric decision-making
  • Create UX design deliverables including user personas, information architecture, wireframes, visual designs and prototypes, while ensuring effective documentation and communication of UX design elements.
  • Present and justify UX strategies and solutions stakeholders 
  • Contribute to design system development and implementation 
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent user experience across products
  • Plan and execute comprehensive UX research throughout the product development cycle

What you will need

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in UX Design, Visual Design, HCI, Industrial Design, Psychology, Computer Science, or equivalent field.
  • 8+ years of experience in UX design or product design.
  • Must provide a UX design portfolio that highlights multiple projects, including at least one product or design project launched in the market. The portfolio should demonstrate an understanding of target users and the design process, with visual design skills being optional but considered an advantage.
  • Expert proficiency in Figma and other design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Create Suite, or Framer.
  • Excellent English communication skills for global team collaboration 
  • A deep understanding of web UI publishing and frontend development is essential.
  • Strong experience in conducting both qualitative and quantitative UX research
