What You’ll Be Doing:
- Establishing, developing, and maintaining long-term business relationships with key customer stakeholders to drive renewal and new business within strategic accounts.
- Identifying and defining solutions where Synopsys offerings can be applied, developing compelling customer presentations in coordination with technical teams.
- Supporting and executing strategies to grow product usage by connecting Synopsys solutions to customer challenges and priorities.
- Coordinating with account teams, product specialists, business partners, and other functions to provide comprehensive support for assigned accounts.
- Facilitating regular touchpoint activities such as management review meetings, trainings, seminars, and information days to strengthen relationships with key accounts.
- Documenting customer requirements, success metrics, and demonstrating Synopsys’ ROI to enhance sales profitability.
- Supporting sales and technical partnerships to uncover, understand, and document key technical challenges and pain points.
- Researching, gathering, and analyzing account information to develop deep knowledge of customer needs, competitors, and business issues.
- Supporting multiyear deal contract negotiations and creating ROI-based proposals for mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and accurately entering data into Salesforce.
- Completing administrative tasks including quotation generation, order processing, delivery, contract document preparation, and more.
- Staying informed about Synopsys’ new and existing products/services to facilitate sales efforts.

What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering, business, or related discipline, and a minimum of 3 years of high‑technology industry sales experience (5–10 years of total post‑degree experience).
- Demonstrated success in technical sales positions, preferably within the high-tech or semiconductor industry.
- Fluency in English and Korean, both spoken and written.
- Ability to travel up to 50% to engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of Synopsys’ products/services and pricing practices, with a general understanding of engineering analysis and technology.
- Familiarity with sales fundamentals and the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems for pipeline management and reporting.
