What You’ll Be Doing:
- Establishing, developing, and maintaining business relationships with current and prospective customers to drive renewal and generate new business opportunities.
- Conducting sales activities through telephone, digital tools, and face-to-face meetings to effectively communicate our product and service offerings.
- Identifying customer pain points and desired business outcomes, presenting tailored solutions that differentiate Synopsys from competitors.
- Creating and maintaining detailed account plans to highlight customer profiles, share, and value opportunities.
- Researching and developing prospective customer sources, expanding business within existing accounts, and evaluating their potential.
- Developing clear, effective written proposals and quotations for current and prospective customers.
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing, account teams, sales management, accounting, legal, technical services, and channel partners to maximize impact.
- Providing accurate forecasts for new and renewal sales revenue.
- Participating in trade shows, conventions, and scheduling training/seminars to enhance business development.

- Contribute to the development and execution of impactful sales campaigns and marketing strategies.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in technical, engineering, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1+ years’ experience in sales, account management, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of engineering analysis and technology solutions.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (local language of the territory).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% as required.
- Knowledge of Synopsys’ products/services, pricing practices, and territory-specific customer profiles is highly preferred.
