Oversees the development of strategic market and product-line business plans, marketing programs, and investment-driven growth initiatives.

Identifies strategic and volume customers, develops partnerships, and leads investment‑related evaluations to support expansion in designated market segments.

Analyzes market data to identify trends and opportunities, formulates strategic direction, and delivers compelling market and investment analysis presentations.

May conduct in-depth make-versus-buy analysis and lead assessments from partnership, merger, acquisition, or strategic investment perspectives.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develops and executes strategic market and product-line business plans aligned with long-term corporate goals.
  • Leads investment-related assessments, including market sizing, business model validation, commercial due diligence, financial modeling, and synergy evaluation.
  • Identifies and builds relationships with strategic customers, partners, and ecosystem players to drive business growth.
  • Conducts in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive intelligence, and new investment opportunities.
  • Drives make-versus-buy and build-partner-invest strategic decisions, providing data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Collaborates with finance, legal, and corporate development teams to evaluate strategic investments, JV opportunities, M&A targets, and partnership structures.
  • Prepares and delivers investment memos, strategic proposals, and board‑level presentations to support major investment decisions.
  • Monitors portfolio partners or invested businesses (if applicable), providing strategic guidance to ensure value realization.
  • Champions innovative ideas, leads strategic initiatives, and contributes to overall organizational roadmap planning.
  • Serves as a subject‑matter expert internally and externally, representing the company in industry and investment-related communities.

Preferred Experience

•            Typically requires a minimum of 15+ years of related experience. At this level, post-graduate coursework or knowledge base equivalent may be expected.
