Description
As a member of the Service Delivery & Solutions (SDS), you will create knowledge articles, per request from staff, for Synopsys Information Technology.  You will review knowledge articles and propose how to improve them, such as for grammar or incorrect steps.

You will handle requests for system access, knowledge feedback and legacy system data.

Along the way, you will learn basic troubleshooting techniques related to PC's, application software, and basic network communications.

You may also work on projects and perform QA testing of applications.

Requirements
  • Candidate must have good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of English verbal and written skills is required
  • Basic PC, MS Office, Email, and Internet experience are required
  • The job requires ability to multi-task and work under pressure while meeting established productivity guidelines

Education
  • No Majors limitation. Undergraduate or Graduate college level currently attending Part-time or Full-time
  • English majors are welcome to apply
  • English Language Proficiency Certification will be added advantage
