Job Summary: 

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. The Paralegal will provide essential support to our attorneys by managing contract & documents. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal procedures and terminology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the contract processing procedure.
  • Assist in preparation of documentation needed for legal related matters.
  • Draft correspondence and communicate with sales, vendors, other department and outside counsel.
  • Assist in the management of subsidiaries.
  • Maintain files and other administrative works. 
  • Support management of company seals for Chinese site locations, including serving as Chop Administrator for Wuhan, Xi’an, and Shenzhen sites
  • Support management of government subsidy applications and supporting documentation for Chinese site locations.
  • Ad-hoc escalations and periodic reporting to the Ethics & Compliance team regarding company seals or government subsidies.  
  • Partner with Finance, Go-to-Market, Internal Audit, and other Business Units regarding company seal and government subsidy management in China. 
  • Other matters as instructed.

  • Qualifications:
    -Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies or related field preferred.
     -Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Paralegal in a law firm or corporate legal department.
      -Proficiency in legal research tools and databases 
     -Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
     - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
     - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
     -Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
     -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
     -Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Familiarity with e-filing systems and case management software.
