What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Applying professional knowledge to address customer pain points and develop effective simulation solutions for real-world engineering challenges.
  • Providing technical support throughout the sales process, including leading or assisting with pre-sales presentations, solution evaluations, and knowledge extraction.
  • Delivering introductory and intermediate-level training on ANSYS AEDT Icepak/FEA, empowering customers to optimize their simulation workflows.
  • Preparing and maintaining deliverables such as pre-sales proposals, technical reports, demonstration cases, and automation scripts to support customer and sales needs.
  • Communicating directly with Product Management and R&D teams to relay genuine customer requirements and submit bug reports for continuous product improvement.
  • Supporting marketing activities through technical seminars, trade show demonstrations, and online webinars, enhancing Synopsys’ market presence.
  • Collaborating across global teams to ensure seamless project delivery and knowledge sharing.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering Thermophysics, Power Engineering, Fluid Mechanics, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience for Master’s degree holders, or 5+ years for Bachelor’s degree holders in electronics thermal simulation, CFD, or thermal design. Pre-sales or customer delivery experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in ANSYS Icepak or at least one electronics thermal simulation tool such as Fluent or FloTHERM, with the ability to independently complete the full workflow from modeling to results interpretation.
  • Familiarity with basic structural simulation operations, including stress and strain analysis.
  • Knowledge of thermal design for data centers, energy storage systems, automotive electronics, or experience in large-scale system thermal design.
  • Experience with multiphysics coupling; exposure to transient multiphysics or ROM model reduction is a plus.
  • Programming skills in Python or other languages for simulation workflow automation are preferred.
  • Strong English writing and speaking skills, capable of preparing and presenting PPTs in English and communicating with global teams.
