What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Partnering closely with the Senior Vice President to develop and execute strategic business plans that align with Synopsys’s vision and growth objectives.
  • Driving operational efficiency initiatives across the IP Group (IPG) and Software Security Group (SSG), identifying areas for optimization and implementing best practices.
  • Establishing, monitoring, and refining performance management processes to ensure organizational accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Overseeing and coordinating key programs and projects that span multiple business functions, ensuring alignment, timely delivery, and measurable outcomes.
  • Facilitating executive-level alignment, communication, and collaboration to break down silos and foster a unified leadership pipeline.
  • Managing leadership meetings, executive communications, and critical decision-making forums to maintain momentum on strategic priorities.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in leadership roles with a focus on operational strategy and execution.
  • Proven track record in operational and project management, with demonstrated success in large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including executive presentations and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
