What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading and overseeing the customer journey post-sales through a technical worldwide organization specialized in Interface IP.
  • Anticipating and managing customer needs, creating a world-class organization that delivers an exceptional customer experience through technical expertise.
  • Developing and nurturing deep connections with customers through executive relationships.
  • Collaborating with product development teams to ensure our IP products are user-friendly and deliver unique solutions.
  • Understanding and adapting to evolving customer needs, developing targeted support models for rapid expertise delivery.
  • Managing cross-functional collaboration with Sales, R&D, Program Management, and Marketing to drive success.
  • Continuously evolving systems, processes, and KPIs to boost efficiency and achieve high customer satisfaction.
  • Inspiring your team with a collaborative, supportive, and motivational leadership style to deliver outstanding results.

What You’ll Need:

  • B.S./M.S. in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • 15+ years of semiconductor industry experience, with extensive knowledge of IC design.
  • Proven leadership and project management skills in the semiconductor industry.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on delivering value.
  • Ability to manage and inspire a global team.
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration and managing multiple stakeholders.

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $242,000-$362,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses. The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education. Your recruiter can share more specific details on the total rewards package upon request.
