You Are:

You are an execution-focused Quality Executive with a proven track record of driving key quality initiatives across the entire product lifecycle. Your approach brings structure, accountability, and momentum to complex quality projects, ensuring priorities are clear and progress remains visible. You thrive in dynamic environments, quickly adapting as priorities shift and confidently steering teams toward successful outcomes. Your deep knowledge of the semiconductor industry and silicon IP development flows enables you to plan and execute effectively in highly technical contexts. You lead through influence and collaboration, engaging cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive accountability and results. Your communication skills are clear and effective, allowing you to distill complex updates into meaningful insights for executives and inform decision-making. You excel at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail and follow-through. Your analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making enable you to identify risks early and proactively manage them. Comfortable with project collaboration tools and dashboard reporting, you ensure progress is tracked and issues are resolved promptly. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Drive end-to-end planning and execution for cross-functional quality initiatives, ensuring clarity in scope, timelines, deliverables, and accountability.  
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and key metrics to track progress, highlight risks, and support data-driven decision-making.  
  • Track progress against schedules and key objectives, ensuring risks are flagged early and managed proactively.  
  • Lead cross-functional alignment through structured check-ins and ongoing stakeholder engagement to resolve issues and maintain momentum.  
  • Deliver progress updates, insights, and risk assessments to executive leaders, driving alignment and focus on key outcomes.  
  • Champion best practices in program management, fostering a culture of execution, collaboration, and continuous improvement.  
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring detailed follow-through and timely delivery.

  • Keep progress on key quality initiatives visible through dashboards, KPIs, and regular status updates.

What You’ll Need:

  • 10+ years of experience driving quality initiatives through the full product lifecycle, with exceptional program or project management expertise.  
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline or equivalent experience.  
  • Working knowledge of semiconductor industry, silicon IP design flows, and methodologies.  
  • Strong execution skills with a proven ability to drive planning, timelines, and deliverables across cross-functional teams.  
  • Excellent communication skills, providing executive-level updates and driving alignment.  
  • Ability to lead by influence and foster collaboration across various stakeholders, driving accountability.  
  • Comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.  
  • Skilled at tracking progress through dashboards, metrics, and regular status updates.  
  • Proficiency with project collaboration tools: Microsoft Project, Confluence, Jira.
