You Are:
You are a visionary and hands-on network engineering leader who thrives on architecting robust, scalable, and future-ready network solutions across both data center and cloud environments. With over a decade of deep technical expertise, you bring an expert-level understanding of complex protocols and architectures, including BGP, MPLS, Segment Routing, EVPN, and VXLAN, and excel in leveraging Cisco ACI to its fullest potential. You have a proven track record of program-managing and driving cross-functional projects, ensuring seamless collaboration between diverse technical and business stakeholders. Your approach is grounded in innovation and agility, always seeking new technologies and methodologies to elevate operational efficiency, security, and reliability.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance network architectures integrating both data center and cloud environments to support evolving business needs.
- Develop and influence strategy and standards for data center engineering, setting technology direction across hybrid environments.
- Program manage and drive complex cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment and collaboration among stakeholders to meet project goals and timelines.
- Champion a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement within the network engineering domain.
- Own the end-to-end data center network design lifecycle, from blueprinting to day-2 operations, and define repeatable templates for broader support.
- Propose and lead adoption of new solutions, inspiring teams to embrace innovative approaches and technologies.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for network configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Implement automation tools and AI-driven solutions to optimize network operations and reduce manual intervention.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement in network performance and efficiency.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering growth and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in data center and cloud networking, evaluating their impact on operations.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, making complex technical topics accessible to all audiences.

What You’ll Need:
- BS in Engineering or related field (MS preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in network engineering/data center infrastructure with significant ownership of large-scale networks.
- Expert-level knowledge of DC and service provider protocols: BGP, MPLS, Segment Routing, EVPN, VXLAN, QoS, and traffic engineering.
- Advanced proficiency with Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure), including automation via APIC REST, SDK, and Ansible collections.
- Strong experience with network automation (Python, Ansible) and observability tools (gNMI, NetFlow/IPFIX/sFlow, Elastic, Grafana).
- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring teams and managing complex projects from inception to completion.
- Proven program management skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams and achieve results.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with a focus on KPIs and operational excellence.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to diverse audiences.
- Bonus: Relevant certifications (CCNP, CCIE Data Center, AWS Certified Solutions Architect), Cisco ACI multi-site/fabric mastery, strong security acumen, and familiarity with DC operations (power, cooling, DCIM).
