You Are:

You are a seasoned engineer with a passion for high-speed interface protocols and a knack for solving complex technical problems. With over 10 years of experience, you have honed your skills in DDR, PCIe, and Ethernet protocols. Your expertise extends to AMBA bus interfaces and AXI, and you have a solid understanding of floor-planning, SI/PI, and backend engineering. You thrive in dynamic environments and excel at managing multiple projects concurrently. Your proficiency with Linux, HDL (Verilog/VHDL), and ASIC design flow is complemented by a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field, with a focus on VLSI design. You possess excellent organizational and communication skills, enabling you to interact effectively with customers and teams worldwide. Your technical acumen is matched by your ability to present complex information clearly and concisely. You are ready to travel up to 20% of the time to provide on-site customer support and training.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing post-sales support for configuration, integration, simulation, and post-silicon bring-up of the latest DDR PHY and Controller IPs.
  • Working with a diverse global team of engineers to offer expert product knowledge to Synopsys customers worldwide.
  • Making presentations to customers on Synopsys DDR offerings and delivering detailed technical presentations on configuration and integration of DDR IPs.
  • Creating collateral and contributing to documentation to improve user experience.
  • Staying updated with the latest protocols such as DDR5, LPDDR6, LPDDR5/5X.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to enhance product usability, applicability, and adoption.

  • Improving user experience and product documentation, making it easier for customers to leverage Synopsys solutions.
  • Strengthening Synopsys' position as a leader in Memory Interface IP solutions.

What You’ll Need:

  • Prior experience in high-speed interface protocols such as DDR, PCIe, and Ethernet.
  • Experience with AMBA bus interfaces and AXI.
  • Knowledge of floor-planning, SI/PI, and backend engineering.
  • Proficiency with Linux, HDL (Verilog/VHDL), and ASIC design flow.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field, with a focus on VLSI design.

The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education. Your recruiter can share more specific details on the total rewards package upon request. The base salary range for this role is across the U.S.
