Job Description
We are looking for someone who wants to help shape the future of silicon signoff, by driving our all-aware signoff as a platform-level solution. You are someone who wants to leverage your extensive experience in signoff to build solutions for today's most difficult challenges, such as multi-die system signoff. You will be leveraging the industry's best signoff software, working alongside the best minds in timing, extraction, power. Our product teams are building cutting edge EDA software - you will ensure that we are providing our customers with a great solution.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As the Product Engineering Architect for Signoff Solutions, you will be working closely with both customers, field engineers, and signoff product teams. You will work with the field teams to elicit needs from customers and translate those needs into product requirements. You will then drive those product requirements into solutions with the various product development teams. You are the advocate for ensuring customers are successful with our solutions. You will use your knowledge gained from customers to form and drive signoff solution visions internally to stakeholders and externally to customers.
What You’ll Need:
- Strong Signoff knowledge (Static timing analysis, parasitic extraction, timing ECOs, Power Analysis, and Voltage Drop)
- Experience in multi-die signoff tapeouts
- Working knowledge of modern 3DIC integration methods such as CoWoS-L, HBM, and stacked die
- Familiarity with EDA implementation tools including floor planning, place and route, and 3DIC assembly
- BS/MS or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related Discipline
- 10+ years working with signoff methodologies

The Team You’ll Be A Part Of:
You will be joining the Signoff Product Engineering team, a part of the Silicon Technologies Group. This team is responsible for collecting customer requirements and defining the scope of product features. We prototype, design, and specify new software features, develop solutions on top of the software to meet customer needs. We push our development teams to deliver the highest quality products, and ensure that our field teams are successfully able to deliver and deploy those products.

The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
