You Are:

You are an experienced Program Engineering Manager with a passion for driving technological innovation and a proven track record in managing complex SoC design projects. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing IP development programs for key customers, ensuring successful execution against established commitments.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for both internal and external communications, coordinating efforts across cross-functional teams and geographical boundaries.
  • Planning and directing project schedules, identifying and escalating issues, and driving problems to resolution.
  • Identifying and managing project risks, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies are in place.
  • Collaborating with internal development teams, including Sales, Marketing, FAE, CAE, and R&D, to deliver customer requirements and identify opportunities for IP integration in future SoCs.
  • Ensuring alignment with customer SoC goals and driving successful acquisition, integration, and silicon bring-up of our IP in customer designs.

What You’ll Need:

  • BSEE or equivalent with 10 to 15+ years of relevant experience in program management within analog/digital SoC design.
  • Solid background and proven track record in managing complex SoC design projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of IC manufacturing, process technology, design flow, and sign-off processes.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, with the ability to effectively communicate and manage customer expectations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks effectively.

The Team You’ll Be A Part Of:

You will be part of the Program Management Office at Synopsys, acting as the main interface with our tier customers to ensure the successful acquisition, integration, and silicon bring-up of our IP in customer SoCs. Our team works cross-functionally with internal development teams, including Sales, Marketing, FAE, CAE, and R&D, providing you with exposure and visibility on a global scale throughout the organization. Together, we drive the delivery of high-quality IP solutions that power the innovations of tomorrow.
