You Are:
You are a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with a passion for sales and customer success. You have a strong understanding of the sales process and have experience with sales tools such as SFDC (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. You are adept at developing data-driven reports that enhance business tracking, pipeline creation, and forecasting. Your strong communication skills enable you to break down complex concepts into easily understood activities, and you excel in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You are a quick learner with excellent organizational and project management skills, ready to contribute to the success of our sales team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Developing reports to drive more data-driven business tracking and decision making, including pipeline creation and forecasting.
- Managing GTM (Go-To-Market) driven cross-functional initiatives and providing regular project reports to management, including progress vs. plan, open blockers, and next steps.
- Providing general administrative support to Sales leaders.
- Streamlining the sales process and offloading salespeople to improve efficiency.
- Enhancing clarity in reporting and improving management reporting.
- Focusing on selling our complete portfolio of EDA (Electronic Data Automation) software, market-leading IP, and differentiated systems solutions combined with AI and Cloud offerings.
The Impact You Will Have:
- Enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the North America sales team
- Providing critical data and insights from Sales data that drive strategic decision-making
- Supporting Sales leaders to focus on high-impact activities and customer engagements.
- Contributing and driving the successful execution of cross-functional initiatives.
- Improving the clarity and accuracy of sales reporting.
- Helping Sales to achieve sales targets and grow our customer base by leveraging our comprehensive product portfolio.
What You’ll Need:
- College graduate, BS/BA with CS/EE preferred.
- Experience with SFDC queries and reports (Salesforce).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Basic understanding of chip design and/or semiconductor industry.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
