You Are
You are highly analytical and strategic, someone who drives data-informed decision making across complex operational environments. This role is not about running reports, it is about serving as a trusted partner to Workplace Resources leadership, helping shape workplace strategy through rigorous analysis, structured problem solving, and operational excellence. You know the difference between data that informs and data that actually changes what leadership does next quarter.
You combine strong program management expertise with exceptional analytical, communication, and storytelling skills. Navigating ambiguity does not slow you down. You synthesize information from multiple sources, identify trends and risks before they surface as problems, and translate data into actionable recommendations that enable high-impact business decisions. Success in this role requires a highly organized and structured thinker who can bring clarity to complex challenges, establish effective operating frameworks, and drive execution across diverse stakeholder groups.
You will partner closely with Real Estate, Facilities, Finance, HR, IT, Security, and senior leadership teams to develop strategic insights, create executive-ready content, support planning activities, and deliver programs that enhance the employee experience while advancing business objectives. You do not wait for perfect information. You work with what you have, ask the right questions, and move. At Synopsys, you will shape workplace strategy across a global portfolio, and the work you do will directly influence how 30,000 people experience their physical work environment every day.

- You bring structure to ambiguity without slowing things down, breaking complex challenges into clear workstreams with owners, timelines, and success measures
- You know how to facilitate a room full of senior stakeholders with competing priorities and walk out with alignment, not just meeting notes
- You exercise sound judgment with highly sensitive business information, understanding what to share, when, and with whom
- You are highly organized and detail-oriented, but you do not lose sight of the bigger picture, you know which details matter and which ones do not
