What You’ll Be Doing:

• Architecting and designing end-to-end solutions that leverage Synopsys’ advanced EDA, IP, and software security technologies to address customer challenges in semiconductor design and verification.
• Collaborating closely with customers to understand their technical requirements, proposing tailored solutions, and guiding them through proof-of-concept, deployment, and optimization phases.
• Partnering with product management, R&D, and sales teams to influence product roadmaps and ensure customer feedback is incorporated into future offerings.
• Leading technical workshops, presentations, and deep divesfor customers and internal stakeholders, establishing Synopsys as a trusted advisor and technology thought leader.
• Developing reference architectures, best practices, and technical documentation to enable successful adoption and integration of Synopsys solutions across diverse customer environments.
• Mentoring and coaching junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.

What You’ll Need:

• Ph.D., Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in EE, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 20+ years of relevant experience in solutions engineering, system architecture, or executive-level technical roles.
• Global recognition for expertise in EDA tools, semiconductor design flows, and IP integration.
• Extensive experience architecting and leading solutions for strategic customers at scale.
• Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, influencing industry and customer outcomes.
• Experience with EDA tools and solutions; published seminal articles and conference presentations; proven leadership in global, cross-functional teams.
