We are looking for a Business Process professional to join the SSG Operations Team. The ideal candidate would be a highly detailed, accountable, professional that thrives in a fast-paced environment who will partner closely with the services organization to identify, prioritize, and deliver on their operational needs. This role will blend strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution to enable the services team to drive growth and investment strategies. Bringing a deep desire to understand the “whys” in the data and an innate curiosity to problem solve, you will have outsized impact on our teams’ success. Be part of the team that manages our global instance of Kimble, supporting over 900 Services users worldwide. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive operational transparency: Document and train on existing processes, procedures, and systems. Identify opportunities to scale and improve day-to-day operations. 
  • Ensure data integrity: Implement regular data, governance, and hygiene processes. Proactively maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency, and drive improvement.
  • Consistent and frequent follow-up and status updates with internal staff, management, and vendors to ensure process to ensure requests move along appropriately.
  • Proficient in Excel / analytics tools and ability to own and drive cross-functional projects
  • Become the PSA tool (Kimble) subject-matter-expert (SME) for the Services team
  • Support the SSG Operations team in maintaining PSA user and back-end data
  • Work within the greater organization on building and maintaining standard and ad-hoc reports.
  • Deliver on insights and analytics for Professional Services, Surveys, Capacity Planning, Services Utilization, Workforce Planning, Services Bookings, and Revenue Forecasting
  • Deliver comprehensive monthly and quarterly update on Financial, Operational, Customer and Employee KPIs
  • Experience in Services Engagement lifecycle a plus

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Possess troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
  • Able to learn business processes and software systems on the fly
  • Able to work individually or as part of a cross-functional team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills
  • Highly organized and accountable; able to develop, manage, and coordinate projects across teams in support of a common goal. Delivers projects on-time and with high-quality
  • Understanding of Services Business

Preferred Experience

  • 5+ Years’ experience working for a Professional Services / Consulting team with a deep understanding of the underlying business model and key processes within a services organization
  • Knowledge of CRM and Professional Services Automation tools preferred, but not required (e.g., Kimble/Kantata, Salesforce)
  • Knowledge of SAP preferred, not required
  • Tableau and PowerBI experience a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
