You Are:

You are a seasoned Program Manager with over a decade of experience in the semiconductor industry. Your extensive technical knowledge of ARC products, coupled with your strong background in program management, makes you the ideal candidate to drive customer engagements for Synopsys’ ARC Processor Product Line. You thrive in dynamic environments, managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality and timely delivery. Your exceptional communication skills, both in English and Japanese, enable you to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams alike. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Act as the focal point of contact for selected customer engagements, managing all external and internal communications across cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their expectations are met through clear and concise communication.
• Serve as the internal customer advocate, working closely with R&D and Support teams to ensure exemplary support and timely deliverables.
• Drive weekly activity for each assigned customer account, initiating proactive measures to identify, assess, mitigate, and resolve any issues.
• Build strong working relationships with key members of the customer’s team, from engineering leadership to senior management.
• Coordinate with other Synopsys teams to ensure overall customer satisfaction and align with the company’s broader goals.
• Prepare and respond to executive management level discussions, including periodic Management Review Meetings.

What You’ll Need:

• A BS degree with a minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong technical understanding of ARC products.
• Proven track record in program management within the semiconductor industry.
• In-depth knowledge of IC manufacturing, process technology, design flow, and sign-off processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and mitigate risks proactively.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese.
