What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading technical engagements with customers on digital implementation projects, focusing on backend place & route processes.
• Providing expert guidance and hands-on support for advanced technology nodes (N3/N5/N7), addressing challenges and optimizing performance.
• Collaborating with internal R&D and product teams to influence tool development and feature enhancement based on customer feedback.
• Developing and delivering technical presentations, training sessions, and documentation in Japanese for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Troubleshooting complex implementation issues and proposing innovative solutions to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Mentoring junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing, and contributing to best practices within the organization.

• Native Japanese speaker or Japanese N2 language proficiency (mandatory).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
