Job Description for MSAM (Manufacturing Solution Account Manager):

• To develop and grow accounts in assigned territory.
• To establish and cultivate strong customer relationships and drive software sales/services.
• Effectively Prospect the territory to uncover companies that have a potential need for solutions. Qualify potential accounts to understand customer needs and buying process. Uncover customer desired objectives, the obstacles to their success and the cost of inaction. Identify key customer projects and decision makers.
• Engage and interact within customer at various levels to understand customer infrastructure and hierarchy. Formulate solutions to meet customer requirements. Propose and present a set of technologies and/or services that address customer’s needs.
• Negotiate and close a Win/Win transaction. Work closely with customer to reach mutually beneficial agreement. Deliver and deploy solutions to customer satisfaction. Collaborate with field technical team and customer to drive adoptions.
• Must be able to demonstrate the ability to identify or uncover a customer’s specific challenge, develop relevant relationships with customer’s organization, develop a strategy, propose a technical solution, and win the opportunity. To be able to well manage the entire sales cycle, prioritize activities, and provide accurate forecasting information
• Build and maintain a business plan by cultivating a healthy sales pipeline by uncovering new opportunities, following up on leads and managing the existing customer base.
•Collaborate with Business Unit (BU) Marketing, Product Management, and other Engineering & RD groups to enhance strategic and tactical product and service positioning must act as a catalyst for customer satisfaction.
• Prepare presentations and professional proposals that highlight the value of our solutions and services.

Skills and Abilities Required:
•Ability to develop customers relationships at various level.
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential.
•Structure and manage complex deals. Understand EDA; semiconductor ecosystem & equipment industry.
•Knows semiconductor chip design and manufacturing process to effectively identify customer challenges and needs
•Experience and understand Factory Automation System & Process Control in semiconductor ecosystem & equipment industry
•Excellent communication and presentation skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft office (Power Point, Excel & Word)

Education and Experience Requirement:
•BSEE or BSCS preferred
•3+ years of related sales experience with proven track record of developing new business opportunities in a teaming environment.
