You Are:

You are a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for technology and innovation. You have a strong background in program management, particularly within the realm of analog and digital SOC design. Your engineering development experience provides you with a solid understanding of IC manufacturing, process technology, and SOC design flows. You excel in communicating effectively at all levels of an organization and have a proven track record of managing complex projects to successful completion. You thrive in a dynamic environment where you can work independently and collaboratively to drive projects forward. Your ability to recognize and mitigate risks, coupled with your process-oriented mindset, ensures you deliver high-quality results on schedule. You are proficient in Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, and possess excellent leadership, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing IP development for key programs and executing them against established commitments.
  • Acting as the focal point of contact and managing all external and internal communications across cross-functional teams.
  • Planning and directing schedules, identifying and escalating issues, and driving identified engineering problems to resolution.
  • Identifying and managing risk, ensuring the completion of projects/programs on schedule to high-quality standards.
  • Handling new development or porting of different IPs to various foundry process technology nodes.
  • Coordinating with sales, marketing, pre-sales AE, R&D, finance, and legal to drive business closure for accounts under your responsibility.

What You’ll Need:

  • BS with 12+ years of relevant experience in program management and engineering development.
  • Strong background in analog/digital SOC design and understanding of IC manufacturing and process technology.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects to successful completion.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, leadership, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

The Team You’ll Be A Part Of:

The PMO at Synopsys works closely with various teams to meet customer-specific IP development requirements. We work cross-functionally with internal development teams (Sales, Marketing, FAE, CAE, and R&D) and have exposure and visibility on a global scale throughout the organization. In this role, the program manager acts as the main interface of Synopsys with our tier one customers and within our internal development teams to ensure we deliver to our customer requirements to meet their SOC goals and objectives.
