Senior Director of Enterprise Service Management

You Are:
You are a visionary leader with over 15 years of experience in Enterprise Service Management, including a minimum of 5 years in a strategic leadership role. You possess a profound understanding of the ServiceNow platform, and have a proven track record of managing complex implementation projects from planning through to deployment. Experience with Jira and Confluence platform functionalities preferred. With a strong customer-centric approach, you excel in understanding and addressing end-user challenges. Your comprehensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, HRSD modules, GenAI, and integration with other tools, sets you apart. Your exceptional communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various levels within the organization. You are adept at leading cross-functional and cross-time zone teams, managing intricate relationships, and fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing within your team. Your strong leadership capabilities allow you to motivate and develop team members, and you thrive in a cross-functional, collaborative environment to deliver technological applications.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own the vision and roadmap for the ServiceNow platform to enhance operations, efficiency, scalability, and user satisfaction.
- Own the vision and roadmap for the Jira/Confluence platform, transitioning from a highly customized on-prem instance to cloud with minimal customization.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships across all levels and functions (Engineering Business Units, Corporate functions, and Office of the CIO), including multiple time zones.
- Drive Organizational Change Management, moving to best-practice processes with minimal customization.
- Leverage a multi-time zone team skilled in Jira and ServiceNow administration, development, and analysis.
The Impact You Will Have:
- Enhance operations across IT, HR, Finance, and Legal through effective ServiceNow implementations.
- Transition Jira/Confluence from on-prem to cloud, reducing customization and increasing scalability.
- Build and maintain robust stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Contribute to Synopsys' success by delivering high-quality, scalable IT services.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field in engineering, science, or systems management.
- Over 15 years of experience in Enterprise Service Management, with a minimum of 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Proven experience with service and project management tools and methodologies, such as ServiceNow and Jira.
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing complex implementation projects from planning through to deployment.
- Comprehensive understanding of ServiceNow platform functionalities, including ITSM and HRSD modules, GenAI, and integration with other tools.
- Proficiency in the functionalities of Jira and Confluence preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at various levels within the organization.

The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
