Staff Program Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Staff Program Manager to lead high‑impact, enterprise‑wide programs across Digital Platforms and Infrastructure & Operations. This role sits at the heart of the CIO organization, driving execution of critical initiatives that enable business scale, resilience, and innovation.
As an individual contributor, you will operate with significant autonomy and influence—partnering with executive stakeholders, shaping delivery strategy, and ensuring complex initiatives translate into real, measurable business outcomes. This role is ideal for a program leader who thrives in scale, ambiguity, and transformation.
Responsibilities include:
- Ownend‑to‑enddeliveryof large,multi‑workstreamenterprise programs spanning applications, infrastructure, and security.
- Translate strategic priorities intoexecutable roadmaps, aligned milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Establish and leadprogram governance, executive reporting, risk management, and decision forums.
- Drive alignment across Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, Business, and Product teams in a highly matrixed environment.
- Proactivelyidentifyand mitigate program, financial, dependency, and delivery risks.
- Manage program financials, forecasting, vendor partnerships, and resource planning.
- Ensure initiatives deliverbusiness value, platform readiness, and operational resilience, not just technical outcomes.
- SupportM&A and divestiture initiatives, including IT integration and separation programs, dependency management, risk tracking, and execution timelines.
Preferred Skill Set Required
- Bachelor’s degreerequired;PPM degreeor equivalentcertification stronglypreferred.
- 7+ years managing enterprise IT programs
- Proven experience acrossdigital platforms, infrastructure, cloud, and security
- Experiencewith Jira (or equivalent enterprise delivery tools) to managelarge‑scaleprograms, drivecross‑teamdependency management, and provideportfolio‑levelvisibility to senior leadership.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models
- Demonstrated success influencing senior leaders and executive stakeholders
- Exceptional communication, judgment, and organizational skills.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams
Preferred Experience
- CIO Office, Enterprise PMO, or Transformation PMO environments
- Large‑scaledigital transformation, infrastructure modernization, or platform integration initiatives
- Exposure toGenAI, automation, or emerging technology enablement
- Experienceoperatingin global, highly regulated, orfast‑scalingenterprises
