  • Translate complex customer requirements into actionable product features and enhancements.
  • Continuously learn new tasks, adapt to changing technologies, and successfully manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
  • Understand the organizational and competitive landscape of customers to tailor solutions that address their unique challenges.
  • Clearly articulate, quantify, and demonstrate the value of Synopsys and Ansys products in solving customer problems.

The Impact You Will Have:

  • Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering expert support and guidance on mission-critical projects.
  • Accelerate customer adoption of Synopsys sign-off tools, contributing directly to their design and verification success.
  • Influence product development by providing feedback and insights from real-world customer engagements.
  • Empower customers to achieve faster time-to-market and higher quality silicon with robust EDA solutions.
  • Build lasting relationships with key accounts, positioning Synopsys as a trusted technology partner.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and best practices both within the team and across the global Synopsys community.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
  • 8+ years of relevant experience (6+ years with MS, 4+ years with PhD) in semiconductor EDA or related domains.
  • Hands-on experience with Synopsys sign-off products or similar tools (e.g., RedHawk-SC, PrimeTime, PrimePower, ICV).
  • Proficient in scripting and automation using TCL and Python.
  • Expertise in EMIR analysis, timing analysis, ECO flows, extraction, and power analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality technical support for large-scale commercial software.

Who You Are:

  • Collaborative team player who thrives in distributed, multicultural environments.
  • Exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proactive problem solver with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Adaptable, resilient, and eager to embrace new challenges and technologies.
  • Passionate about continuous learning, innovation, and driving positive change.

The Team You’ll Be A Part Of:
