You Are:
You are an experienced engineer with a strong background in software development and architecture. You have deep expertise in C++ and Python, and thrive on solving technical challenges in complex systems. You are independent, proactive, and passionate about delivering robust, scalable solutions. Your commitment to quality and continuous improvement makes you a valuable contributor to any project.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Participating in planning, architecture, and research to drive product innovation and improvement.
- Performing complex development activities, including deep analysis in user experience, software design, and solver research.
- Employing best practices in software engineering and maintaining them through technical reviews and mentoring teammates.
- Conducting advanced bug verification, release testing, and beta support for assigned products.
- Researching and resolving issues discovered by QA or product support, developing innovative solutions.
- Assessing marketing requirements for products, including target environments, performance criteria, and competitive analysis.
- Working independently with minimal supervision, occasionally taking on planning and mentoring responsibilities.
- Managing and guiding interns or co-ops as needed, helping foster their growth and integration into the team.

What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with 5+ years of experience, MS with 3+ years, or PhD with 1+ year.
- Extensive commercial experience with software design and development methodologies.
- Expert-level proficiency in C++, Python, data structures, and algorithms.
