What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining advanced C++ applications focused on user interface (UI) functionality.
  • Integrating and working with industry-standard CAD libraries such as Parasolid or Open Cascade to enhance application features.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product management and QA, to define, design, and deliver new features.
  • Contributing to CI/CD pipelines, streamlining development and deployment processes for efficiency and quality.
  • Interfacing with GPU libraries to improve the performance of multi-physics simulation
  • Applying agile development practices to ensure iterative progress and high-quality deliverables.
  • Using version control systems (GIT) to manage codebase and facilitate seamless collaboration with team members.

What You’ll Need:

  • BS in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 5 years’ experience, MS with 3 years’ experience, or PhD with 1 year experience
  • Strong proficiency in C++ programming, with a focus on application development and performance optimization.
  • Experience or willingness to learn GPU programming for Multiphysics simulation
  • Hands-on experience in UI development using wxWidgets and/or Qt frameworks.
  • Familiarity with CAD-specific libraries such as Parasolid or Open Cascade.
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies, particularly agile practices.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., GIT) for collaborative development workflows.
  • Basic knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices to support automated build and deployment.
  • Sheet metal forming or stamping experience is a plus
