Our Ultra-High-Speed R&D group in Yerevan, Armenia is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join and speed-up the innovation together.

Key Qualifications:

BS/MS degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
Deep knowledge in IC Custom Design flow and hands-on experience in design of complex analog or digital macros.
Experience on DC/AC/Transient, Cross corners PVT, Equivalency checks, Aging, EMIR/SHE Reliability analysis, MonteCarlo simulations.
Experience on development and verification of circuit simulation models.
Experience on specification definition of different circuit parts.
Experience in designing and verifying complex analog blocks (Transmitters, Receivers, PLLs, LDOs etc.).

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.
Good communication skills, mid+ level of English knowledge. 
4+ Years of experience in the chip design field in advanced technology nodes.

Main Responsibilities: 

Verify and design custom analog blocks for advanced technology nodes for 56GBPS+ SerDes PHYs.
Prepare and report technical documentation and reports to peers and upper-level management.
Review and provide recommendations for the layout implementations of custom analog blocks.
Lead junior team members, track and prepare reports of their activities.
