You Are:

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead the design and development of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to provide actionable insights.
• Guide the development of complex data models and predictive analytics to support strategic initiatives.
• Translate high-level business questions into actionable and accessible insights to support executive decision-making.
• Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.
• Provide guidance on best practices for data visualization, reporting, and analytics.
• Provide mentorship to BI team members, fostering technical growth and knowledge-sharing across the organization.
• Utilize AI and Data Science techniques to develop predictive models and advanced analytics solutions.
• Perform complex data analysis using SQL, Python, or R, and integrate machine learning models where applicable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and data product owners to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Coordinate with IT and data engineering team to ensure data pipelines and data warehousing infrastructure meet business requirements.
• Partner with data stewards and data engineering team to ensure data integrity, quality, and accessibility for analytics purposes.
• Act as a BI evangelist, promoting data literacy and enabling self-service analytics capabilities.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in BI, analytics and data product management to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, data science, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
• Strong experience with data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based AI and data platforms like Snowflake, and working with Data Engineering teams.
• Advanced SQL skills, experience with Python or R or other data manipulation languages.
• Experience in AI and machine learning frameworks, in building or integrating ML models is a plus.
• Solid understanding of data governance and data quality.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strategic mindset with a passion for leveraging data and analytics to drive business strategy and decision-making.
