What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building and verifying DDR/HBM/UCIE PHY components.
- Running synthesis, RTL and gate-level simulation, and debugging failures
- Collecting statistics on issues encountered during design and verification to help identify areas with the highest frequency and severity of problems, enabling targeted improvements to those parts of the flow.
- Potential involvement in the automation of Release flow.
What You’ll Need:
- Enrolled in Computer or Electrical Engineering program or graduated with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in 2023-2024.
- Experience with UNIX/Linux operating systems.
- Understanding and knowledge of models used in IP design (GDSII, LEF, LIB, Verilog, etc.).
- Understanding of the analog and digital design flows.
- Experience in scripting (Python, Perl, bash, TCL) is an asset.
- Basic knowledge of Synopsys tools is an asset.
- Work experience in IC design and verification is an asset.
- Good verbal and written English is required
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Quick learner with the ability to ramp up on new tools and processes.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to work under time pressure.
