Layout Design Engineer

We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate for our team who possesses the following qualifications and skills:

• Strong understanding of layout and schematic designs. The candidate should be able to effectively design and manage the layout of various electronic components.

• Familiarity with semiconductor physics. This includes having a solid understanding of how semiconductors work and their application in different devices.

• Good knowledge of layout design for standard cells, IO devices, core devices, resistors, and diodes. The candidate should be able to design these components to meet specific requirements.

• In-depth understanding of the physics of ESD, Latch-up, Electromigration, and Antenna Effect. This knowledge is crucial for ensuring the reliable operation of electronic devices.

• Prior knowledge and experience with the Custom Compiler tool. The candidate should be able to utilize this tool effectively for design and analysis.

• Strong analysis and problem-solving skills. The candidate should be able to identify and solve problems that may arise during the design and implementation process.

• A strong desire to learn and explore new technologies. We are looking for a candidate who is eager to stay updated on the latest technologies and apply them in their work.

• No previous professional experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those looking to start their career in this field.

• Knowledge base generally acquired from a college degree or equivalent course training. We expect the candidate to have a solid foundation of knowledge in this field, typically acquired from a college degree or equivalent training.
