Synopsys Armenia is seeking for a highly experienced Senior Staff Engineer with over 10 years of experience in the field.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in VLSI, as well as an excellent knowledge of scripting in Python, TCL, Shell.

This role requires excellent debugging skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and developers. The candidate should be engaged in various development projects, drive development projects form the scratch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Internal tools development.
• Drive new development initiatives.
• Develop and implement internal tool releasing mechanism.
• Work with junior engineers to involve them in the development process.
• Communicate effectively with team members and design community to achieve project goals.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 10+ years of engineering experience, with a background in VLSI.
• Excellent knowledge of Python.
• Proficiency in algorithms.
• Strong debugging skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge of scripting(TCL and Shell)
• Knowledge of layout design.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven track record in VLSI design and implementation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
